El personal molt amable. No tenien el Fresta llest però ens han ubicat a un altre hotel i ens han convidat a l'esmorzar que era molt complet i boníssim

Es ist extrem klein und eng, der Zugang erfolgt über eine schmale steile Treppe Für Menschen über 1,7m nur schwer zugänglich Das Badezimmer ist so winzig, dass man es nahezu nicht benutzen kann Die Einrichtung ist älter und abgenutzt Es riecht nach Schimmel, im Bereich der Dachterrasse ist es schwarz davon

I booked this at the last minute due to a false location on another booking. When I arrived they informed me that the hotel was closed, but they had already arranged a room at another hotel. This was an upgrade, but they charged me the same at the Hotel Elios. This rating is based on the service and the upgraded room at Hotel Elios.

Be very careful with this property, they accept bookings and then cancel them to sub-rent the place to others. After that, they offer you a different accommodation, and if you refuse, they promise a refund but never send it. They stop replying and disappear completely. This is dishonest and feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

La posizione, ottima, vicino al parcheggi porta Catania e nella via centrale

Manca il bidè, credo che in Italia non sia più accettabile, la porta del bagno non "divide" si sente qualsiasi rumore e odore, la dimensione della camera direi estremamente piccole per 3 persone (come proposta), la finestrella sulla parete, oltre a non scurirsi, non isola da rumori esterni. I cuscini sono assolutamente inaccettabili, abbiamo dovuto cercarne nei vari mobili esterni per "creare" un cuscino su cui poter dormire. Basta poco per attrezzarsi di cuscini quantomeno "ergonomici"

La posizione assolutamente eccezionale.

Mi spiace scrivere ciò, ma se il tutto è finalizzato a migliorare il servizio ben venga. La camera (e il bagno) è molto usurata e non funzionale sia negli spazi che negli arredi ( praticamente inesistenti... sedia traballante...) . "Finestrella" verso uno spazio interno( salottino/ spazio accesso per piano superiore). Letto... cuscini... copriletto...igiene di fondo e giornaliera molto scarsa.( Cortese la signora collaboratrice che ha chiesto se fosse necessario qualcosa). Rapporto prezzo/qualità impari. Sinceramente spero che il servizio venga migliorato per così avere un soggiorno sicuramente più gradevole.
