Stanza (magazzino) senza finestra con una piccola botola su uno spazio comune senza tenda abbiamo avuto la luce che proveniva dalla strada per tutta la notte e sentito gli altri condomini che passavano

Posizione favolosa, adiacente al parcheggio Porta Catania e quindi all'inizio del Corso Umberto, stanza molto pulita con tutto quello che serve!

Secondo me è necessaria una piccola ristrutturazione, soprattutto al bagno (abbiamo trovato un pò di acqua a terra attorno al gabinetto) per rendere questa piccola struttura da 10!
