The flat it's self its fine.

The neighborhood is creepy, we took 3 flats, we couldn't stay. We leave after 1 hour and the host didn't even care to ask.

Very good price for what you get! It was good for a quick pit stop, very friendly staff at reception.

It's located more in a secluded area but for a short stay that was perfect

My reception was a little bumpy since they changed my accommodation on the day of arrival but luckily the new location suited me better than the original one. The apartment was small but cozy, and had all the regular amenities. The cleanliness was also ok. The manager gave me the breakfast basket for the next days. It contained the usual cold breakfast options like packed croissants, cookies, jams, honey, Nutella, and milk etc. The Wi-Fi worked great. Besides the attached bathroom, there was also a mini dressing area. Although this apartment was right down the street in front of the Arcore train station, it was very quiet and peaceful at night.

Unfortunately there was no warm water in the shower. This was critical for me since I had to take a late night shower between a party in the evening and a wedding ceremony the next morning. However, at 1am I discovered that there was no warm water in the shower even though the regular tap had hot water. Moreover, the situation was made worse by the blocked shower head. There was practically only four lines of water flowing from the shower in all random directions and it took me half an hour to shampoo my hair under that drizzle of cold water. As I mentioned I had to go for a wedding ceremony the next morning, therefore I couldn't postpone it. The manager had ensured me at the time of check-in that warm water is available. This is the reason why I haven't given any points in Comfort.

I liked the size and look. Everything else was unluckyly bad . The appartment was new .we were the first .but unfortunately the place was still not ready for people.I need my money back but still no any response from them.

Broken bathroom . Water came from out like a lake for all the night . Still in the same apartment. I got it for a week .they are silence .no responce even I need my money back .

Went to a wedding in Italy and rented an apartment here. It was clean, nice, had everything we could possible need. The best was our super nice hostess. She gave us sooooo much coffee and figured out a mistake we made while booking and suggested a solution before we even could ask for it. Amazingly lovely people! Thank you so much!!!! We would definitely come back! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!!! Thank you!!!!

nice position, very quiet. Plenty of trees.

some problems with bathroom drains and very low furniture maintenance . The staff has been informed and assured a prompt solution.
