Very kind and helpful host. Excellent breakfast, location and view.

We had a great time at the “made in Sicily”. The house is around 30 min away from Catania airport and right next to the sea. I stayed there with my girlfriend for 8 nights. The village is calm with little traffic and a great place to calm down. Giuseppe was very hostile. He contacted me directly after booking and welcomed me with a glass of wine. The daily breakfast was local and fantastic. Giuseppe had a lot of tips and frequently asked whether we needed something. The room was beautiful and cleaned everyday. We’d love to come back one day and can recommend it.

If we could, we'd give Giuseppe alone a 10/10. What an amazing person. He greeted us with positiveness and an incredible breakfast everyday in the morning. My wife is expecting and he made sure he took care of her dietary concerns. We are very grateful having met him and we will remember the BnB because of his kindness. The views from the terrace are amazing.

There are a bunch of cameras in the property which were a bit unnerving. The strict rules about bringing food back to the room were a bit over-the-top.

We had a wonderful stay at Made in Sicily santa tecla. Our room was nice and atmosphere is so relaxing on the front sea. Giuseppe is a great host and treat us with fabulous breakfast.

There was not one thing we didn’t like!

The delicious and varied daily sicilian breakfast was outstanding. Most especially, Giuseppe's homemade granita was out of this world!Giuseppe and Chiara are incredibly kind and loving hosts who go above and beyond to help. It was definitely worthwhile to get up early to see the sunrise and the terrace is extremely stunning! The room had a comfortable bed, a large, spotless space, with a gorgeous ocean view. This location is truly a gem and we highly recommend staying here. Our expectations were definitely exceeded, and we will undoubtedly return since this was a highlight of our 2-week trip to Sicily. Santa Tecla, a gem born in the heart of Sicily, offered us an unforgettable four-night escape to paradise. Our hosts were nothing short of extraordinary—always there to lend a helping hand, their warm hospitality was a highlight of our stay. The breakfasts they prepared were a delightful daily surprise, featuring a tantalizing array of dishes, with a special shoutout to the heavenly granita. The rooms were not only spacious but also incredibly cozy, providing us with the perfect retreat after days filled with exploration. And oh, the view! It truly left us breathless, a constant reminder of the beauty of Sicily. We relished in the calm embrace of the sea during tranquil moments and embarked on exciting adventures to Taormina, Savona, Siracuzza, and Alcantare. As we reluctantly bid farewell to this enchanting haven, we made a promise to ourselves: when we return to Sicily, there's no doubt that our journey will lead us back to the warm embrace of Giuseppe and Santa Tecla.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Everything about this Villa surpassed my expectations. A week before my arrival to the villa, Giuseppe WhatsApp’d me, asking if I need anything. It’s the little things that made such a huge difference in my trip to Sicily. I didn’t have to worry about how I was getting to the villa. I had a nice man with a sign waiting for me right at the gate; very smooth transition to the villa. At first arrival, Giuseppe was so warm and welcoming. He made the most delicious homemade breakfast, everyday something new and amazing. The most sweetest kindest man, helped me with everything I can ask for and more. The view was breathtaking and the private beach front was so peaceful and serene. Giuseppe’s father would play beautifully jazz music in the morning, over the balcony. It was like something from a movie, I wanted to move in. And he’s sweet mother so kind and gentle like my own nonie (grandma in Sicilian). The staff went beyond the usual, they treated me like family. Everyone was so warm and personable, they made me feel at home and comfortable. Even when there was no taxi to get to my Cousin’s wedding; Giuseppe personally took us in his car to this wedding. I can go on and on about how amazing this villa was, I will most definitely return to my second home in Sicily. I am still dreaming about Giuseppe’s homemade Granita!! Hands down the best place to visit, a gem of Sicily!
