Kettle needs an upgrade. Coffee machine water had a film on top. So no coffee or tea was able to be had. Even the saucer that held the tea bags was chipped and should have been thrown out and replaced. Bed is old, mattress is cheap, cover is old and stained. As they are basically selling a bed and clean linen for the night these need attention for future guests. Bathroom was serviceable but needs maintenance around bench top and shower sliding doors. The location good, but this does not make up for standard of fittings. Host attentive to prior emails, but needs to spend money to bring it up to scratch.

It was immaculate and very central to the city the balcony was fabulous the lady who services the apartment was very helpful and very friendly

I liked that it was very close to the cruise port, 10-15 mins by foot. It was also clean. The view is the best thing about the property! It is a very beautiful view to the port!

The room did not have a bathroom as we expected from the advert. Bathroom was outside in a shared area with another property. This was very inconvenient. Unfortunately it was very noisy, as well, the neighbours were partying until 3:30 am and we were not able to sleep well, esecially our child. This property is not good fit for families, but for young people I think it is very good! Also, the key locks were very bad and hard to use, maybe even dangerous in case of fire.

Great location for the port which was what we wanted, very comfortable sleep, great facilities with the bonus of a little breakfast. Would stay here again.

Nothing to not like

Location was very convenient for the train station and cruise terminal but there is no direct road access so you need to be able to wheel your baggage a couple of hundred metres as least.

This was not a "deluxe" room. There were pipes sticking out of the wall. The furnishings were sparse in both the bedroom (a small "patio" dining table, two metal garden chairs and a small wardrobe with no hangers) and the shared kitchen area (two stools!) so there was nowhere comfortable to sit. The bed was fairly comfortable but there was only one pillow each and the bedding was threadbare. The shower was broken and held up by cable ties so it was impossible to shower properly and the shower drain was disgusting. There was no streaming service and the coffee machine didn't work. When we contacted the owner he said the shower had broken that morning (so, if you have guests arriving get it fixed!) and that we should plug the coffee machine in (yes, we had already had to move the table to get at the only plug at that end of the room).
