It was close to the cruise port and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable.

It was hard getting into the room with the key…not sure if the mechanism is off. The bathroom is in a separate room. The shower was very confusing to work.

A lovely place to stay before a cruise; we had the room with the balcony, with a fantastic view and sunset. Realistic expectations in relation to the price paid is all that you need - of course there aren't robes, why would there be, it's not a 5* hotel, and you know when you book that the bathroom is outside the room, but private, so obviously you need to wear pyjamas- if you read the available information you know what you are getting- a comfy bed, a clean bathroom, and a great view! We thought the fact that there were some wrapped pastries for breakfast, plus a bottle of water and milk in the fridge was a lovely touch, as well as a kettle available to make tea in the little kitchenette. Would recommend to anyone wanting a night's rest before a cruise. A tip for the host would be adding a bolt to the inside of the bathroom and bedroom doors for ease of use, especially when popping over to the bathroom at night, rather than searching for the key.

The neighbor was out of control for well over an hour. At one point he was slamming something against the floor and it was a bit scary. The room needed a finicky key to get in and out of our room and in and out of the bathroom. There was a common space shared so a night time trip to the loo involved locking and unlocking finicky locks 8 times. Which made me wonder how to get out if the crazy guy next door lost it and decided to burn the place down. While the neighbors behavior was no fault of the owner… the lock situation is worrisome. Italians might not realize this set up is illegal in the US so it seems very odd to us.

Great location and lovely view. Company easy to deal with and very accommodating with our requests.

Noisy as no double glazing. Shower head was broken. A couch or something to sit on apart from a garden chair would have been good.

Conveniently located within walking distance to port shuttle bus and restaurants. Provided espresso, cereal, yogurt, milk, various pastries, and all the silverware and dishes needed.

Had to wash our dishes by hand which makes the sanitary condition of the silverware questionable. A dishwasher would help. Also, no elevator to the apartment which made it difficult with a lot of luggage. The apartment had a spiral staircase to the bedroom making the bathroom hard to access during the night.
