Paola!!!! She is the ultimate hostess!! Prompt pickup and delivery to the aerporto, much appreciated! Her place is so clean and comfortable and her flowers are lovely. Paola pays attention to all the little details to make you feel like family!!!! Would happily stay here again!!!!

Niente!!!

Un Passo dal Mar and its owner Paola are a bit of heaven. Whether you are using it as a base for flying out of Fiumicino as I did or even as a soft landing when arriving to Roma it could not be more perfect. For one thing Paola takes all the stress out of arriving or leaving Fiumicino airport with her very personal shuttle service to and from the airport - ts like being taken care of by a caring family member who knows the airport like the back of her hand! That this service is included in the fee and that the airport is so close to her little kingdom is marvelous. Her home that hosts three en suite units is set in a relaxing garden of giant flowers a short walk from A Full service super market . B a few restaurants C The Lungomar , the seaside walk with a beach! I can easily see arriving from NY to Rome , and staying here to lose the flight weariness as easily as what i did which was arrive the day before flying to get a good nights rest and relaxation before flying. The room is lovely with a very comfortable bed AC a refigerator and ensuite bathroom. Private, Calm , quiet with a restful seating area in the outside garden with a fig tree! This is a find!

Near the airport and offers free shuttle service. Very clean. Kind, friendly and responsive host.

Elvira and Paola were such kind and wonderful people. They absolutely went out of their way to ensure that you had a great stay and without hesitation they were ready to drive you to the airport or anything you needed!

We hadden deze kamer geboekt om dicht bij het vliegveld te zijn. We hadden gewoon een goed bed en een douche nodig, maar we kregen zó veel meer! We werden door de zeer vriendelijke eigenares opgehaald op het vliegveld op een tijd en plaats die voor ons het beste was. De kamer was geweldig! Schoon, mooi ingericht en zeer comfortabel. Als bonus hadden we een prachtige tuin met mooi terras en het is letterlijk 5 minuten lopen van het strand (vandaar de naam). Fiumicino blijkt een heel leuk strandplaatsje te zijn met leuke eettentjes. De twee zussen zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en klantgericht en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zorgeloos te maken. Ze weten precies wat je als reiziger nodig hebt en denken zelfs met je mee over de beste vertrektijden. Kortom: absoluut geweldig!
