GaVi Sorrento

Was close to the city centre. It was very clean. The bathroom was nice. It had a very good air conditioner and refrigerator. The surrounding neighborhood is family friendly.

The bed was terrible and needs to be replaced. Walking into the city centre is partially on the road with cars. The coffee machine did not work. It’s summer but towels are washed only every two days. The safe is not a safe at all and does not work. The hostess smokes and you can smell that from the room sometimes and in the hallway.

Very comfortable place to stay! Location is extremely convenient. Everything is perfectly clean. The owner - Rosanna is very hospitable and helpful.

The shower was not clean had mould all in the shower.

Great location in a very quite area, amazing balcony, the room was very clean and daily cleaning service was provided. Very easy to reach every part of Sorrento.

We forgot the charger in the room and wanted to come back to take it, unfortunately host didn't find it

This is your classic bait and switch. Beware travelers this is not a B&B or a hotel. This is a secondary apartment room that you are sharing with the owner. There was no breakfast. 3 capuchino and limited sugar and stir sticks. Water container was dirty. Limited towels. Clogged shower. Very disappointing. Find a real hotel.
