Masseria Gagliardi is a beautiful place, offering a wonderful blend of charm and hospitality. From the very first messages, communication with the owners was incredible — full of helpful information and quick responses. Check-in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced, and they even had our room ready earlier than the official time. The detailed photos and videos made everything simple, and anytime I needed something, they replied immediately. The pool area is lovely, though it could use a little TLC to make it as inviting as the rest of the property. Breakfast was okay — the attention to detail in the cutlery and plates is admirable, but the food itself felt a bit underwhelming. Small things, like boiled eggs from the previous day still being served, took away from the otherwise high standards. Their restaurant, however, is absolutely exceptional — a must-visit! The food was fantastic, and their own wine was truly impressive. When back in the Taranto area, I would happily return to Masseria Gagliardi. With a little more attention to breakfast and the pool area, this place could be perfect. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my favourite stay of our 10 day cycling holiday in Puglia (different accommodation every night) and we stayed in some lovely places. The Masseria is a delight, beautifully renovated and spacious. Fabio was the perfect host and both our dinner and breakfast were delicious. A great stop-over. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous property very peaceful and serene. It was like staying in a castle.

Location, staff, everything was so beautiful!

This is a beautiful renovated Masseria in the Puglian countryside within a 20 minute drive of Taranto (well worth visiting) and near other pretty villages so a good place to centre oneself while exploring Puglia. It was quiet when we visited and sadly their restaurant was closed … fortunately Fabio the owner came up with some great local recommendations so we didn’t go hungry!! I believe there are only 3 rooms : our was large, light and airy with good furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was big with plenty of hot water and towels. There’s a spacious living area to be shared with other guests however, our room was large enough that we felt comfortable staying within! Fabio was extremely helpful, always available and a mind of information. Parking is inside the walls and secure. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and provided both plenty of sweet and savory dishes. One thing I would ask management : please provide soap/shower gel dispensers!
