This is a beautiful location and beautiful grounds. The rooms are located in an old villa that has been completely refurbished. The rooms are large and comfortable with nice decorative touches. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was quite delicious. Fabio and the staff are very helpful and accomodating.

The Masseria is a beautifully restored building and the bedroom was excellent - very good decor and bright and spacious. Fabio was very helpful and gave us a very good welcome. Didn't use the pool but it looked gorgeous.

The breakfast was plentiful but it could have included more fresh food - a lot was pre-packed. There was no juice and no toaster and when I asked for an egg I was told the kitchen was not open. Meat and cheese were not covered and flies were landing on it.

Restaurant on site and whilst not able to offer vegetarian gluten free there were local dishes. I would say this is a restaurant with rooms and great for a couple of nights to explore the area. There are local restaurants but we weren't made to feel welcome in any of the ones we tried - despite pre booking etc. Taranto has more to offer and certainly more adept to the tourist trade.

The location is remote and you definitely need a car. On the week we stayed there were roadworks outside of the hotel and whilst not the fault of the property we were woken up at 7-00 / 7-30 each morning by diggers etc. The room stated it was a garden room but the window opened up onto the rubbish bin area - definitely not the garden of the property. Breakfast was sufficient but repetitive after 7 days.

Friendly accommodating staff, lovely vibe and overall very welcoming with good amenities.

Given only 3 rooms they could consider breakfast ti rider - it would possibly suit them better and provide a better experience.

Masseria Gagliardi has extraordinary properties, a wonderful building, garden, illuminated pool, rooms, furnishings, give a special atmosphere. There were also modern elements such as WIFI, air conditioning, TV, etc... The breakfast was delicious, ham, cheese, cakes, fruit, vegetables, excellent coffee. All of its elements are truly commendable.

At this price level, anything can annoy you. The toilet seat in one of the rooms was broken. Unfortunately, it was not replaced even in 4 days. There were no glasses in the kitchen, e.g. wine glasses. Has the Olive sign indicating the room disappeared? The beds were a bit soft for me (not worn out!), but there was a noisy film on it that was annoying. They didn't clean for 2 days, they didn't even take the trash out of the room or the common kitchen.

Loved it all, the design of the masseria is beautiful. Bed was incredibly comfortable. It was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet relax to start our holiday and this was it. We basically had the pool to ourselves every day and it is gorgeous. The highlight though has to be the food in the restaurant at night, beautiful 😍

Breakfast in comparison to other stays is basic but I get that with only 3 rooms it is not viable to put on massive spread that could be wasted. It is sufficient with croissant, ham, cheese, fruit etc so I think I am being very picky in leaving this comment.

The room and facilities at this Masseria are beautiful. Very large room, obviously freshly renovated space and exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The pool is lovely and has nice lounges and umbrellas for guest usage. Breakfast was nice - pretty standard Italian style with some pastries and fruit.

We did not meet a single person during our stay including check in and check out. We were hoping for a special and typical masseria experience including learning some history about the property and try some of the local cuisine however everything was done remotely so it all felt very impersonal - just felt like a fancy hotel. The restaurant was also closed however we were never made aware of this and only found out as we had contacted the host at about 7pm asking about some dinner recommendations (of which there are very few). Location is average. To be honest the rating I've provided is purely because the room itself was so lovely but the experience overall was not worth the price - from what I could see you can stay in a much more authentic and special Masseria further in the south for the same or cheaper price.

I don't even have words to describe this Masseria! OMG, what a magical place! Since the moment you arrive until you leave, every moment was just perfect. We had dinner at the hotel and it was one of the best meals we had in our trip for a very good price, also with a great environment with lights and a beautiful decoration in every corner. The room was so big and comfortable, clean and fresh. The breakfast is also very well served with a lot of options. Fabio was a very great host, worried about us because it was a storm in the area and he let us know so we could arrive safely.

Just a small detail but the pool was some ropes around it that are not so aesthetic.
