San Francesco Suite

Location was good - quite central. It was a nice property, well furnished.

We had a room with a huge bed and a huge framed painting on the wall - there was hardly any room to go round the bed. We went into breakfast quite early but there was hardly anything there. We think maybe other people had eaten our share! Also there’s very poor network coverage at the location making it hard to contact the lady to say we had arrived. I’d advise messaging her when you’re a few minutes away and still have a network.

No fruit or yoghurt for breakfast

The breakfast had a good selection to choose from, including fresh baked items. Liked that you could help yourself, with the flexibility to start your day early. A quiet property, conveniently located near a restaurant with outdoor patio seating, offering a sunset view of the valley.

Didn't know that booking required cash payment. Not sure if this was overlooked or not emphasized.

Location was close to a restaurant. Liked the staff.

In a basement room that was damp and dark, and had no windows.

The location is in a quiet place. You can see the hostess' care for details.

The lighting in the Annachiara suite was not very good. As we were in a group of 4 friends, we had to go through the Vitoria suite to reach ours. The problem is that the space to pass between the bed and the wall in the Vitoria suite is very narrow.
