Clean room, friendly staff, close to a very good Osteria

It was not the room we were expecting and as pictured - a standard double room. Instead of a bright room with windows and nice decor as shown on the Booking website we were given a room in the basement of a building that had no windows and offensive decor. The property managers need to make it clear, by providing pictures of each of the rooms available, which room you are paying for.

Very clean and newly renovated. Great location. Decent breakfast.

Rooms very small. In the one we stayed stairs to bathroom a little dangerous but manageable

The room sits over a (very good) restaurant. I was there on a busy Saturday night. This should have been explained in advertising the accommodation. The room is also very restricted in size.

A really lovely home. Having our own little sitting room was a nice bonus as was being able to make a cup of tea or cofee when we arrived saturated after a long day hiking in thunder and lightening and very heavy rain We were leaving early the following morning but the owner arrived early and set up breakfast for us, which included the nicest fresh warm croissants

Internet coverage not grea,t hence google maps found it difficult to locate the property.......one minute you would be 3 mins away and the next it would be 14 mins

Quaint B&B in old hilltop town

Very friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room. Good breakfast.

The other people staying there were very loud (not the property's fault). We could hear everything in our room. Sound proofing the room with the private entrance might help.

The host was friendly.

Very small room - very little space to even walk around the bed. Bathroom was up two steps then down a step and we had to duck going in and coming out. Misrepresented by the photos on Booking.com sadly. Difficult to find and disappointing that the front is covered in scaffold and you can only just get to the front door. Breakfast disappointing for the price of the room which included breakfast - sweet croissant and some packaged sweet food. Should at least provide some fruit and yoghurt.
