Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. Pippo bija lielisks saimnieks.

Friendly host. The place is near city center and within 5 minutes of great view of the old town. Breakfast is basic. WiFi works better in the living room/kitchen. The room is big but was cold when I was there. There was no control over the heater. The room doesn't have AC (don't know if needed in the summer). Mattress was ok (could feel the metal springs).

Heating relies on the host to adjust the temperature.

The room was clean. The shared kitchen had dishes and a refrigerator. The bed was clean. The hotel is close to bus and train stations and to Ragusa Ibla.

The room was incredibly cold and damp, like a basement. There was no air conditioning. The radiator only worked from 6 PM to 11 PM and for a couple of hours in the morning. The radiator wasn't hot, just lukewarm, and wasn't hot enough to warm the room. The owner explained that Russia somehow prevented him from heating the room (I often travel to Italy and have never heard such cold and such an excuse). There was a lot of mold on the walls near the window-door. The window-door looks out onto a dark courtyard. The bed is very narrow. Breakfast consists of packaged cookies and jam. You have to make your own coffee, but no one showed you how to use the coffee machine.

Pippo is an amazing host. He did so much to make me comfortable. Well located, comfy bed, good hot water, real heaters both in the room and in the bathroom - important in winter. Atmospheric room design upstairs - loved the vaults of the ceiling.

The WiFi is unstable, which is unavoidable in old buildings with very thick walls. In the breakfast room the signal is good though

The location is excellent, the owner is very helpful and helpful.
