The lady that gave us the keys was very friendly. Basic stay and decent location.

We had the most wild experience here. We were informed that we were only staying with other guests and there were a number of clothes washes on. We emptied a finished load and put the clothes in a bag on the top of the machine. We were downstairs and suddenly got lots of missed calls and came upstairs to yelling and screaming and the owner punching on the washing machine and our clothes thrown in the shower. For the injustice of using the machine we received a large tirade for how unreasonable and basically horrible people we are for doing this followed by about 8 minutes of voice notes. We were then demanded to pay a fine. We had to call booking.com to try resolve and then the owner backed down. We were extremely uncomfortable tiptoeing around the owner who was aggressive towards us during this outburst. We were really hoping for some kind of retribution or to be able to cancel our stay as to pay a couple of 100e to get basically screamed at on our holidays is unacceptable. Please look elsewhere rather than give your business here. We complained to the number we booked through and had they tried any form of apology or recognition that this was unacceptable they could have avoided this bad review.

Se destaca la limpieza del lugar . La habitación para dos es pequna pero perfecta para pasar una noche . Esta muy bien localizada y fueron flexibles a la Hora del check in . Gracias !

Pessima gestione da parte dello staff dell'organizzazione della struttura. Abbiamo cambiato l'orario di arrivo un paio di volte di solo un'ora (passando dalle 15 alle 16) e lo staff si è dimostrato scontroso, poco disponibile e a tratti minaccioso di sanzioni (previste dalle condizioni della struttura). Ci hanno chiesto di chiamare un numero mezz'ora prima dell'arrivo, ci hanno risposto rimbalzandoci a un altro numero, per ben 3 volte! La struttura ha inoltre delle condizioni assurde (ad esempio che gli asciugamani non possono "essere macchiati di sangue, trucco e altri liquidi") Non lo consiglio assolutamente

La vicinanza al centro e a tutti i servizi

It's 15 min walking to the main area of the city. Place was clean and room big enough for 3 people.

The neighborhood was very loud, especially over the weekend you can hear people partying on the street till 1am. In hot summer days you have to open the windows for some air, as rooms don't have a functional air conditioner, so it makes sleeping a challenge when you can hear all the people down the streets. Check in available only till 9pm, so not for people who arrive later on!!!

La falta de buena educación de las recepcionistas, que me amenazaron multarme por dejar el piso 15 minutos después de la hora del check out y al ponerme descaradamente prisa causaron el extravío de los aretes de mi hija. Luego pregunté por ellos y se hicieron los que no sabían nada. Además el alojamiento era incómodo y escuálido
