What I appreciated most was the water cooler in the hallway, where guests could help themselves to free drinking water. It was especially welcome after arriving in the heat with heavy luggage, as it gave us a chance to cool down and refresh ourselves right away. This thoughtful touch showed genuine consideration for guests' comfort. Many thanks to the owners for taking such good care of their customers. There is a bus stop nearby and the old city is easily reachable on foot.

At night, noise from the busy street could be heard, as groups of students gathered outside and socialized late into the evening.

Really nice neighbourhood. Full of life and supermarket just 1 from the room. Really good staff. Very kind and really find solutions. Really comfortable and clean room with nice view. Free cold water for all the day. Totally approved.

I love Pratello, great area.

Unfortunately this place is visited by party people. They were quiet and night and didn't woke me up but puke in the bathroom and there was very bad smell. Nothing against the management.

Comoda e relativamente vicina al centro.

Il bagno privato era fuori e bisognava uscire e aprire con un’altra chiave. Un po scomodo ma per il resto tutto ok
