B&B Contessa dei venti

The hosts were very kind and helpful. They offered a nice breakfast in the morning and were accommodating to our schedule. We only stayed overnight but it was an enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and modern.

It was out of the hosts control but the building elevator was not in service due to renovations and we had to walk up 4 flights of double stairs. The hosts alerted us with enough time to cancel because of this and we choose to keep our reservation. They were very accommodating and were willing to come and help us with our baggage if we needed upon arrival. We only brought backpacks so went up ourselves.

The rooms were spotless and the host were beyond amazing. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. We i formed them that one of our party needed a gluten free breakfast and they provided several options for her. Luca and Laura were perfect host. The location was easily walkable to main attractions.

Everything - the host is amazing, the room was clean a d comfortable, I loved our little balcony.

Laura and Luca, the hosts were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Well located and easy to get to attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a new place so in addition to the regular cleanliness; there was the cleanliness of new things like towels, bed, comforter etc Everyone was very helpful and friendly

Good location, very friendly hosts, room was very clean, new and in a good standard. There wasn't any noise heard at night, beds were comfortable.

Only sweets for breakfast, I'm not used to this type of breakfasts every day. My little suggestion would be to differentiate it a bit - add some cheese, ham and vegetables as an option.

Breakfast was good, mostly sweet bread products. No cheese or meats. Loved the fact that the bathroom has many hooks to hang clothes which are lacking in so many other places. The hosts, Laura and Luca, are very friendly and helpful in providing us with the information we needed. Really appreciated the fact that Laura woke up extra early to make breakfast for us since we had an early morning tour on the second day of our arrival. The room was very well-appointed, beds were comfortable and we had easy access to the kitchen. Bathroom was large and had warmers for the towels etc. Great feature. The B&B is also located close to lots of restaurants.

Didn't care for the fact that they don't make the beds while cleaning your room. Also there is a bright light that comes on automatically in the space between the bedroom and the bathroom which is very disturbing and distracting for those already in bed, who get woken up. It is quite unnecessary and we told Laura that. I had sprained my ankle and foot while on a tour and was told to apply ice packs. Unfortunately the B&B don't have ice on hand. Be aware of that if u want ice.

Everything. It is extremely clean, beautiful and new rooms, with extremely friendly owners, it’s just couple minutes walk from the center, if I could give more than 10, I would give it and if I come back to Catania I definitely stay back at B&B Contessa dei Venti.

Luca was very welcoming and the B&B was great overall with a good breakfast included.
