Great location, lovely hosts, nice and modern, right next to the park which is stunning and the Main Street Etna.

Luca and Laura are extremly friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations what to visit and organized an Etna tour as well. The B&B is new,clean and in a good location.

Everything! Our hosts, Luca anf Laura, were very friendly and helpfull. They gave us a lot of informations about places to visit and a lot of other small details about our trip. The italian breakfast was very tasty, with good coffee and fresh croissants. The place was not far from the city center . And we felt like visiting old friends.

This B&B is veryyyy clean, from the moment you are welcomed at the door, you realize how clean it is. The siblings Laura and Luca are very polite and helpful. We enjoyed every single day of our stay here, as the whole place is newly renovated, the room is very comfortable, clean, fast wifi, and in general this place has a great location, 8 minutes walk from the central street. Laura, always willing to help, gave us many great recommendations on what to do while in Catania. Furthermore, she gave us the contact of Andrea for a trip to Etna, which was fantastic, plus he lives in the same buidling (so no need to move far as he picks you at the front door). We will definitely come back to B&B Contessa in our next trip to Catania, Laura and Luca are excellent hosts.

Laura and Lucas were great! really helpful with day trips and very nice. Great Italian breakfast. also very clean and comfortable. And you can walk to Via Etna.

Great hosts and amazing location for a few days in Catania

Rooms need better soundproofing, when the breakfast time arrives you can hear pretty much everything. Also, the choice of fresh products at breakfast should be improved

The accomodation is run by a brother and sister. They were really nice, helpful and well prepared for the questions (nearby restaurants, public transportation, taxi, etc.) The breakfast is far more than a typical italian breakfast. We were asked at the arrival what we usually eat, and they prepare it for us, even with gluteen free options.

Everything was great.
