If I could rate 12 out of 10 would do it. The facility inside of a beautifully kept garden which you feel like a mansion of a royal place. Besides, the hosting family were wonderfull people, helpfull in all. Facilites are very well kept, very good breakfast, easy parking within the facility.

a pochi chilometri da Palermo un'oasi di pace e bellezza unita al valore aggiunto dei due fantastici proprietari. La cura della struttura e la cura del giardino danno all'ospite un senso di gioia e bellezza. Il giardino non è un giardini ma un parco da scoprire:piante grasse, olivi, aranci e la piscina. A colazione il pane appena sfornato danno un esempio di amore dei gestori verso gli ospiti

Teodoro and his wife were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Teodoro even gave us a lift to the bus stop to go to Palermo. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms, clean and cosy. The villa is beautiful with an amazing garden. The breakfast was delicious too with local specialities and we were able to pack our own breakfast up for our day of departure when we had to leave for the airport at 5.45. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. 100%

"Beautiful and Charming B&B in a Gorgeous Setting"

The owners Mimi and Teodore are exceptionally gracious and go way above and beyond to give the utmost attention to making sure their guests needs are met. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The plantings and grounds are stunning. The rooms are lovely, well appointed, comfortable and all have lovely views of the mountains surrounding Monreale. The breakfast is delicious with lots of choices . They made special accommodations for my gluten free diet . I highly recommend this B&B . It will exceed your expectations . It certainly did for my wife and me.
