The location was very good. Just opposite the train station and the bus stop to Venice. Perfect place to stay. The room was cosy and nice.

The bathroom needs renovation.

"I would say: it is valuable for the money and I would choose this place again!"

The location is just PERFECT. Not even 10 minutes from Venice Santa Lucia. It is really nice to get a train, that is like 1 minute away from the room, and be in Venice in no time. The room was good, there was no noise outside. The neighbourhood is quite quiet.

"Great value stay!"

Great location right opposite the Mestre train station so easy access to the main Venice island. Staff was really helpful in arranging check-in. Good size room with balcony and large TV, everything was clean and a nice kitchen as well. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Venice!
