Pang's Guesthouse

Everything was very simple, accessible and the apartment is really across the Mestre train station, so 1 or 2 minutes apart. The lady taking care of the space was very welcoming and kind so all was super smooth for us. The apartment has plates, cutlery, pans etc so nothing to add. Just be aware that this is an apartment with shared bathroom, and the synchronisation is with the other guests. 10 minutes walking you can go to a big Interspar/supermarket, that has all you need.

Location is very good.

The door and balcony locks were a bit of a problem, but acceptable.

Didn’t have it

Railing for shower curtain was broken, Curtains being too low can cause possible trip hazards. Also for your own sake with water splashing from shower it’s better to fix curtain so dampness doesn’t cause problems in your bathroom :)

I liked the location... it is right across the main train station. We were in contact with the owner, so he could arrange someone to meet us and check us in. We arrived earlier than we said (our fault) and they responded very quickly. In less then 20 minutes, someone was there. There is an equipped kitchen and we could use the washing mashine, which was great.

The location was great - quite literally opposite Venice Mestre train station. The facilities are not fancy but do the trick, and it was really useful to have access to almost a fully kitted out kitchen. The air-conditioning worked mostly well and was much needed. The owners were kind enough to let us store our luggage after we checked out.

The bathroom was quite small and smelt a little, and the shower head was not fixed in place - had to hold it with my hand. I also struggled to find the power outlets in the room - they were there, but just quite hidden.

The location is ideal if you want to have easy access to the train/bus, very close to the central train station (across the street even) and 3 minutes walk to the bus station to Treviso/Marco Polo airport.You can get to Venice in 10 minutes by train, very convenient. I had a double room, f clean, beds and bedding clean, smells like fresh at the entrance to the room. The bathroom was shared with 2 other rooms but it didn't bother us because we only stayed one night. The owner very nice and prompt, responded immediately to our request,tried to arrive faster even than the check in time. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we even had tea and coffee from the house. We will definitely come back if we get to the area again.

Friendly, cosy, working facilities, nice airconditioning.

The house is two minutes of walk or less from the train station. Together with it, the room was not noisy at all. The owner is very kind and helpful. We were in the room with the own bathroom. The room is the same as you can see in the photos. Further more the room and the bathroom are very clean and comfortable. The beddings were fresh and clean. The air-conditioning worked as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and also very very clean. The other guests were nice and calm. Also the guests have a discount in the bar under the rooms, where the staff is professional and also kind. The mood is good there. If you need a good place to stay during a visit and you can behave respectfully with the other guests this is your place.
