"Check in and check out was very easy. We stayed one night and it was all good."

Great for a short stay. Host provided basic essentials and breakfast. Amazing shower, big and good pressure. Short walk in to the town center. AC worked well.

Lift is difficult to use. Kitchen is OK for short time use but not suitable for cooking if planning a long stay.

"Come sentirsi a casa anche a Cosenza"

La casa è molto bella, è nuova e c'è tutto quello che serve e anche di più. Il posto è silenzioso e a pochi minuti a piedi dalle zone pedonali. Renata è stata accoglientissima e gentilissima, ha cercato di soddisfare tutte le mie richieste e ha reso il soggiorno davvero molto molto piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

"Superb"

Good location, near the old Town. Markets and shops are 300-700 m. Clean and comfortable appartments. It has its own charactere, elements of art

"Parking outside a working lift and the size of the apartment very comfortable"

The apartment was really well equipped and a supermarket just around the corner. The Host was very considerate and always left fresh fruit and salami and cheeses and tart every day nothing was to much trouble. We managed to communicate even though she doesn’t speak much English.

The outside of the apartment complex is a little dirty and grubby but once you open the front door to the complex it’s very clean. Plus it has a working lift and parking outside.
