Rapport qualité prix c était correct. Très propre. Le gérant très agréable et répond aux attentes rapidement. Le opus la possibilité de utiliser un frigo pour le repas du soir si on veut rester à l appartement

Overall, a nice and affordable place. Clean rooms and a very friendly owner. It is very close to Matera.

However, there are a few small details that I would mention and that the owner should clarify. Parking is free but on the street. The breakfast (which was included) consists only of processed bread in plastic and jams, so it’s not the kind of breakfast I would expect at a B&B. It’s also worth noting that there is a shared bathroom and toilets for multiple rooms. This did not concern us since we had two rooms and one shared bathroom.
