Świetnie położony jeśli tak jak my zwiedzasz Materę samochodem. Czysto i schludnie. Nowe zadbane pokoje z klimatyzacją, nowe łóżka, pościele. Łazienka wspólna dla dwóch pokoi ale czysta i przestronna jak pokój kąpielowy. Nie spodziewałam się po tej cenie tak wysokiego poziomu. Właściciel świetny i pomocny. Plus za kawiarkę włoską i możliwość zrobienia pysznej włoskiej kawy na gazie ;)

"Vicino a Matera"

L' accoglienza e la gentilezza del proprietario, il letto molto comodo. Camera piccola ma equipaggiata con aria condizionata e anche il ventilatore a pale sul soffitto ( utile a chi da' noia l' aria condizionata). Parcheggio pubblico davanti alla struttura. Quartiere molto carino, vicino al centro di matera ma meglio essere automuniti per spostarsi.

Essendoci un ambiente unico per fare colazione , con camere attorno all' area destinata a essa, ci si deve rimettere un po' all'educazione degli ospiti che si alzano prima di te.
