The location is amazing it’s really close to the beach and train station. The room was really clean and comfortable, there was air conditioning.

Sometimes the other tenants were really loud and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Otherwise wonderful stay:)

"Nespokojnosť"

Po roku sme sa vrátili ubytovať sa sem, lebo sa nám tu páčilo. Hotel sa nachádza blízko letiska, železničnej stanice, neďaleko je more. Aj autobusové spojenie je uspokojivé.

No tento rok sme vôbec neboli spokojní. Hlučnosť izby bola dosť otravujúca, hneď za hlavami sme počuli výťah, búchanie dverí. Minulý rok sme na izbe mali aspoň kapsulový kávovar. Tento rok nám to chýbalo. Postele sú malé, úzke, vŕzgajú a matrac je extrémne mäkký. Boli sme ubytovaný 4 noci a nikto neprišiel aspoň smeti vyhodiť, alebo uteráky vymeniť, v letnom počasí aj toto prekážalo. Neboli sme spokojní s ústretovosťou personálu, ktorí vybavuje poplatky za miestnu daň. Nakoľko sme boli v zariadení minulý rok, vedeli sme detaily a keď som si pýtala kódy ku vstupu, odďalovali to. Nechcela som odchádzať na takú diaľku a nemať tieto kódy. Nakoniec na moje naliehanie a uvedením tohto argumentu ich poslali. Zaplatili sme nemalé financie za tento pobyt a podmieňovať kódy zaplatením miestnej dane sa nám zdá neúnosné. Ubytovanie je síce v zahraničí, ale pomer ceny a toho čo tento rok poskytli nie je ok. Nedoporučujeme !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Comfy place in centre of Palese-Bari"

Centrally located in Palese, just mins from bus to airport and not far from train station. Pleasant busy neighborhood.

Personel not physically seen, medium responsiveness, a technical problem was not addressed in the 16 daus of my stay, but not a serious issue for me (important to them to fix, i guess)...
