Nedostali jsme zaplacenou snídani!! Snídaně měly být od 7:30 do 10:00 hodin. První den byla, ale druhý den nebylo nic připravené. Na recepci nikdo nebyl, nikdo nebyl na kontaktním telefonu z booking ani na jiných telefonech nebyl nikdo dostupný. Čekali jsme do 8.45, nakonec jsme odjeli bez snídaně. Nebyli jsme jediní, byli tam i další hosté, kteří přišli na snídani a nic. I při příjezdu byl problem, když jsme si dopláceli snídaně a platbu za parkování, tak nejdříve nám to jeden spočítal a pak přišel jeho šéf a začal přepočítávat (samozřejmě chtěl víc za parkování a nesouhlasil počet snídani). Na jednom pokoji nefungovala lednička, na dalším pokoji bylo uvolněné sedátko na wc. Pokoje byly však čisté s uklizené. Zatím nejhorší zážitek z ubytování, čekám jestli nám booking vyřeší reklamaci a vrátí peníze za neobdržené snídaně.
