Il Piccolo B&B

Wonderful little B&B close to Fiumicino. Very clean and comfortable room and wonderful breakfast served by the host. In addition the host met me when I arrived by the shuttle service offered by them (for a very reasonable fee) from the airport train station. Perfect location for those coming or going to Fiumicino for a fight. Also great recommendation for dinner at a local agriturismo - "Casale Traiano" - within walking distance.

II Piccolo is tastefully decorated, clean and with with plenty of nice touches like coffee and cookies in the room, still and sparkling water, toiletries and helpful guides. Bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing - very fresh and high quality. II Piccolo is cose to the airport and easy walking to great restaurants. Constantino was instantly available before and during our stay, even providing personal shuttle service from and back to the airport at a very reasonable rate. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will be back!

II Piccolo B&B was a pleasant surprise. We chose it due to its close proximity to the FCO airport and stayed the night before our flight back to the U.S. It was easy to find, on a street where there were homes on one side and a marine barrier wall on the other and had ample street parking for our rental car. The room is located on the back side of hosts personal residence and greeted by Constantino. He escorted us to our room and gave us general information. This space is an add on to their residence which has two rooms with a bathroom in each and a common kitchen/dining area. As you enter, there is a flight of stairs to the area. Each room is essentially the same in size, decor and furnishings. The entire area is very nicely done, styled and decorated with an up to date modern flair. Bed and pillows were comfortable, we slept well. Bathroom had enough space, not cramped. Constantino had a very nice breakfast set up for us and guests staying in other room the next morning, complete with coffee, tea, juice, water, pastries, yogurt, granola, fruit, and sandwiches. It was all very good. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

We arrived when it was dark and google map is not clear exactly where the house is. It is towards the end of the street turning right. I wish they put a sign going that direction somewhere along the way to where they are. Unfortunately we did not our phone data yet to call them. I asked guy walking by to call. Italians are helpful. Street parking. Good breakfast with cappuccino. Host very helpful. All is good.

Quaint neighborhood stay, with garden and Tiber river tributary across the road. I felt like I was experiencing living in a real Italian home. Great breakfast was included. The room had a balcony with comfy furniture to enjoy. The owners provided airport transportation at a reasonable price, and were very kind. There were lots of restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk, as well as a nice supermarket. The owners made some great restaurant recommendations. Grazie Mille!

Everything was great. Wish check out was a little later, but we knew in advance and they let us store our luggage and enjoy their back yard.

Location close to the airport, responsiveness, room was cute with coffee and tea. We had to leave early, so I can’t comment on the breakfast had we left later, but the to go bag better than expected. The host was so helpful in telling us where the local restaurants were and accommodating our early departure.

The essential oil diffusers, but that’s a personal preference. They were too strong for me.
