Basically everything! The room was very clean and neat and even had a cute little balcony. Breakfast in the morning was always fresh and ready when requested. Constantino was even kindly helping me to get to a Convention close by, by driving me there. Just overall super friendly staff and extremly considerate!

Not the property itself but I had a bit of a struggle finding the public transport stops (which is probably more of a fault on my part:))

Close to the airport and park and ride for the bus from the train station. Easy walk down to the sea and fishing boat docks

The room was beautiful, clean and bed was comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful. He carried my suitcase up the flight of stairs. Hosts had added nice little touches such as some cookies with a nice note for arrival. His shuttle helped a lot, too…very affordable and hunted to find me at the airport and would not accept a tip for doing so. The bathroom has been remodeled and is great with a nice walk in shower and a sink with counter space. Breakfast is prepared by the host and is much more complete than just a continental breakfast, there were eggs, tea type sandwiches, fresh fruit, coffee, teas and juices. Everything was as it should be!! And as advertised.

Only minor thing is that it is a bit of a walk for someone older to walk to restaurants. But the supermarket is close and has lots of fun edibles.

Acomodação muito confortável! O cuidado com os hóspedes é perceptível! Foram muito atenciosos e cuidadosos conosco!

Tudo ótimo! Apesar de ser bem perto do aeroporto, não é possível ir caminhando! Mas eles oferecem um serviço de transfer que é perfeito e muito mais em conta que táxi.

"Cozy and comfortable BB by Fiumicino Airport"

The owners are amazing and caring. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are completely new and very cozy, cleaned and comfortable. I will definitely go back and highly recommended it for a base near Fiumicino airport or to explore the surroundings.
