Lovely breakfast, very welcoming and friendly host!

The breakfast was amazing—such a large and delicious spread of food!

If you are trying to explore Bagnoregio and Civita di Bagnoregio there is no better place than this one! Sandra and her husband have an awesome organization and love their work, the house is great, and it looks like getting inside a castle because of the big key, also there is no noise and everything is super clean and characteristic. Sadra is an awesome person, we talked for hours in the morning while having breakfast and I can't wait to go back there to see Bagnoregio again. Sandra e suo marito hanno un'organizzazione fantastica e amano il loro lavoro, la casa è fantastica, e sembra di entrare in un castello per via della grande chiave, inoltre non c'è rumore ed è tutto super pulito e caratteristico. Sadra è una persona fantastica, abbiamo parlato per ore la mattina mentre facevamo colazione e non vedo l'ora di tornare lì per rivedere Bagnoregio.

I highly recommend this place for the strategic position, cleaningness, cozyness, but above all for the host s kindness. You can have the chance to taste Sandra's breakfast, a variety of homemade pastry delicatessen. You feel better than home. I will come back for sure. They know how to take care of the guests!

top location, great experience

The bathroom was new, clean and easy to use.

The kitchen was extremely unclean. The sink was full of dirty dishes. Used dried teabags were left on the counter. Coffee was dried inside coffeepot. Only on the third day of our stay the staff washed the dishes. She even offered milk that one day passed from its expiration date. One of the two spring beds in the room would sink a little and was uncomfortable.

The host was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the house felt like a home.
