Im Bad waren einige Dinge kaputt: der Kleiderhacken, der Halter für den Duschkopf. Personal war etwas unentspannt. Zimmer ist hellhörig. Ingesamt ok, aber teuer für was es ist.

- accueil inexistant ! - Amabilité zéro ! - Publication mensongère : Bed & Breakfast sans Breakfast 😞😓 (impossible de se faire 1 café ou quoi que ce soit d'autre); frigo commun a disposition avec disparition de nourriture; étendoir sur la terrasse du voisin sans accès (il faut passer par la fenêtre, j'ai 60 ans 😞😓 !!). - pas même une petite table avec chaise (on mange assis sur le lit !) - piscine payante 10€/jr/pers. - aucun endroit extérieur pour se poser. - taxe de séjour non annoncé ! Nous pensons qu'il serait bon que Booking vérifie l'exactitude des descriptifs des annonces mises en ligne.

Abbiamo soggiornato con piacere in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli ambienti erano sempre puliti e curati, con cambio della biancheria a giorni alterni, un dettaglio che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Il parcheggio privato, il balcone privato e tutti i servizi( doccia, bidet e lavandino) funzionavano perfettamente, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno comodo e senza intoppi. Nel complesso, siamo soddisfatti dell’esperienza e ci sentiamo di consigliarla a chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e ben gestito in una posizione comodissima per il centro di San Teodoro.

L’unico aspetto meno positivo del soggiorno è stato il letto, che cigolava ad ogni minimo movimento e risultava poco confortevole, rendendo il riposo notturno meno piacevole. In aggiunta, alcuni giovani ospiti nella camera accanto si sono mostrati piuttosto rumorosi durante la notte, tra risate e continui spostamenti con porte che sbattevano. Le pareti e le porte, non particolarmente insonorizzate, purtroppo non attenuavano i rumori, compromettendo la tranquillità. Va comunque sottolineato che questi disagi sono legati al comportamento degli altri ospiti e non alla gestione della struttura, che per il resto si è dimostrata pulita, ordinata e ben organizzata.

Location was very good, 20 mins walk to the beach La Cinta which is absolutely amazing. 10/15 mins walk to San Teodoro old town. Host is lovely, very kind and helpful. Room was big and clean, comfortable and aircon was great!

The room was really clean and exactly as described. Had air conditioning and a clothes line outside the window. Cristina was a really responsive and great host.

As mentioned in the listing, the bathroom is external to the room. However, it's less than a meter across the hallway from the room and the door locks with a key only you have so it's very secure to leave your belongings and feel safe in.

The room was not well insulated qua noise. For this reason you coild hear everyone coming back at 3-4 am. In the bathroom there was often a sewage smell coming up from the drains.

Our flight got cancelled - actually the whole airport closed. We even booked the room at 10 pm and Christina was super helpful guiding us on what to do for a very late checkin. The service was much appreciated under difficult circumstances.

The cleaning was done daily which is appreciated, the property has a private parking, it’s walking distance from supermarket and some pizzerias, the cleaning lady was also very friendly and nice. There is a big shared fridge in the hallway where you can keep your drinks/food.

Check in instructions were only sent to me on whatsup after I have contacted the owner myself at our arrival - there was noone meeting us at the property when we arrived. Room 2 has a private bathroom but it’s separate from the room, its external. There are 2 twin beds but they are pretty short so for a relatively tall person it’s uncomfortable - ideal for kids, I’d say. The room itself is very small, the TV cable is not connected properly and you need to plug it back in from time to time as it falls out. The beach is pretty far by walking, you need to drive and also is the town center - it’s not a short walk.
