Le Dune

Bed is super comfy, Room 1 is big, very clean and location was good for us to visit other towns, although 20 mins walk from town and on a busy road. . Great pizza restaurant opposite and shop 3 mins walk. Bus stop outside to Olbia,/airport.

It was not an issue for us but the shower opening is very narrow, so a large person would struggle to get in.

The location was very good for our trip. We rented a car and were able to park at the property. They offer free bicycles which we used to go to La Cinta Beach. You can hire moped or bike from the shop underneath the rooms. The bus stop to and from Olbia airport is right outside the property which was handy. San Teodoro center is about 20 min walk. The air conditioning was working fine keeping us nice and cool at night. There was a large balcony and lovely pizzeria across the street. Communication with the host was very smooth via WhatsApp. Daily housekeeping taking out the trash was nice. The accommodation is very good for budget travelling however if you are looking for comfortable and quiet place this is not for you.

Booking.com says breakfast included but there is No breakfast. The chairs in the balcony are very old and the material is worn and ripped, there is a small tv in the room and nothing else. Would be nice to have a coffee machine or kettle and a couple of cups or glasses. There was strong sewage smell sometimes coming from the bathroom however I don’t think anything can be done about this. The cleaning lady let herself in at 8:30am on our last day without knocking and while I was changing which was unpleasant.

Great Location, near bus stop for reaching beaches and also airport. Town centre not too far by walk/provided free bikes.

it’s quite far from the centre and from the beach as well. But they offered us bicycles for free and also we could rented scooters, which made everything much easier.

The property had everything we needed. Large comfy bed and a nice balcony, the room was spotless. A short distance from San Teodoro and the beach but the use of the free bikes was great and made it super easy to get around. Secure parking was a bonus. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our flight arrived late and Cristina gave us clear and helpful instructions about checking in late. We had a great stay at Le Dune.
