Friendly and helpful staff, large and comfortable rooms, good price. Parking was available on-site. The house was very nicely decorated!

Building could have been a little cleaner, but we did visit in the off season. I don't know if the building is cleaned more before the busy season starts.

Nestled in the quiet pension village, the views, the facilities and most of all the staff service exceeded expectations. The owner also gave us a car ride till Kumamoto city.

The host is very helpful and hospitable.He even drove us to the bus and train station. The facility is decorated with the most precious works of art.We had breakfast served, and it was also a feast of a meal.We received 5 star treatment at Bellbird Hotel.Our beds were comfy..Rooms had enough space.Bathroom facilities were clean and in order.

We didn't want to depart!When we arrived by bus we had to walk the 750m to our location with our luggage.

The staff was really friendly and helpful! We had a great stay. They even drove us to the train station.
