Zarafa House

Although we only had a short stay at Zarafa House, we felt very comfortable there!😊 Ann is a really attentive and lovely host who takes care of everything in this small but cozy resort! She always found time to talk to us and gave us some impressions of life in Kenya. Thank you for that Ann!🙏☺️ We can really only recommend the Zarafa House because you can tell that Ann put all her love and passion into it!😊 Thank you for allowing us to be guests there, kind regards Guido and Ulli🙏😍

Beautiful hotel, exceeded our expectations. Nice pool in lovely garden, large beds, good food, close to the beach, outstanding service.

The host Ann is very nice and provided us several great tips on restaurants or numbers for tuk-tuk. The house is well equipped and near public and private beaches. It was an unforgettable stay.

Such a quit and calm place. The host is so nice.

A wonderful little Garden of Eden! Sparkling cleanliness everywhere, including the pool, the garden, the yard, etc. Delicious breakfast, tastefully served, comfortable bed, unlimited coffee, tea and drinking water. Paper handkerchiefs, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, air freshener, etc. in the bathroom. everything you could possibly need. The lady owner and all members of the staff are very kind and helpful. The owner drove us to the local bus in his own car. ☺

It wasn't like that.

We liked the place, it’s really peaceful and quiet. The owner is lovely. There is a book in each room full of great recommendations.

We had termites in the wooden bed and it was really hard to sleep at night, we told the owner and people were supposed to come to treat it, unfortunately it did not happen. We read a lot of good things about breakfast but we were kind of disappointed, fruits were not fresh and it was a bit blend.

LOVED this property! Fabulous rooms, delicious breakfasts, beautiful pool and lovely staff! Stayed 5 nights, could have stayed much longer!

A little far from the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Zarafa house. The house is perfectly clean, furnished with good taste and super well entertained. It is very calm and has a chill relaxing vibe. It is not too far from Diani beach (10 mins walk with a nice path in the bushes) and close to all the restaurants by tuck tuck (very cheap and available all the time). Plenty of details make this place stand out (towels always available for the swimming pool, nice shampoo, water fountain…). Ann is such a great host and her staff is lovely. She was always ready to give good advice and super helpful at anytime. To make it even more perfect she prepares delicious breakfast, fresh and different every day. It is also possible to organise yoga classes! I highly recommend this beautiful place!!
