Adoramos a nossa estadia com o Upali e a sua família! A localização é perfeita, mesmo junto a uma das saídas da cidade antiga pelo que podemos ver tudo com calma e depois voltar e sair na saída que fica a meio do percurso. O Upali foi buscar-nos à paragem de autocarro, sempre sorridente e com uma genuinidade e simpatia fora do comum. Sentimo-nos sempre bem vindos. Ajudou-nos em tudo o que precisávamos e explicou-nos tudo para chegarmos seguros ao próximo destino. Para além disso, a sua família cozinhou-nos um delicioso jantar e pequeno almoço típico do Sri Lanka (que recomendo vivamente!). O quarto era espaçoso e com água quente, com o essencial para uma estadia confortável. O jardim da casa é muito bonito e podem observar os animais e ouvir os sons da Natureza! Muito relaxante! Uma excelente opção de alojamento com um óptima relação preço- qualidade.

Preferia ter um lençol para cobrir em vez de manta mas é mesmo uma preferência pessoal, nada a criticar neste alojamento. Adoramos conhecer o Upali e ficaríamos aqui novamente sem hesitação

The hotel is perfectly located near the Sacred City in Polonnaruwa, making it an ideal base for exploring the ancient area. The hotel offers bicycle rentals, which is a great way to tour this historic site. The owner is fantastic and communicates very well in English, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room was large, spacious, and clean.

The only minus was the lack of furniture.

Upali was a perfect host. Great conversation and interesting night trek. Very knowledgeable. Great food and large rooms, a wide verandah area to sit and eat with other guests. Right next door to the ancient city so perfectly located.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The room was spacious, the location was excellent and our host's hospitality was outstanding. The food was home cooked, plentiful and delicious, and our host very kindly took us on a nighttime walk to see the local wildlife, and even dropped us off at the bus stop when we left. There's a beautiful pond in the garden where you can sit, and we saw deer in the garden just outside our room this morning. I would 100% recommend, and thank you for such a lovely stay :)

Accueil par un hôte extrêmement sympathique et très à l’écoute. Nous a proposé de voir des animaux grâce à sa lampe torche depuis la terrasse. Nous a conseillé une visite d’un temple non connu des touristes. Dîners pris sur place très bons. Petits déjeuners copieux. Vaste terrasse sans vis à vis très pratique pour les repas.

La nature et les animaux visibibles partout! La vue de l etang !! On est arrivé dans l'après-midi et c'était incroyable. L'acceuil du propriétaire, sa disponibilité, sa bonne humeur! La balade en vélo aux ruines qui termine tout près du logement.
