Location is really good, super cheap.

You get what you pay for. Not super clean. Room is tiny and very basic. Toilet/shower is very old and dirty. But it's what you pay for!

For $4 a night you can't complain. There is a shop onsite and a very affordable restaurant next door. Perfect for budget travellers

Room does get hot and fan was quite slow. They have an AC room but that will cost more. Nothing a cold shower can't fix

For the price, having a private bathroom is fantastic!

The room is a bit small

Very friendly family, cute pats, good location close to the beach, very affordable, they also have a scooter and tuktuk to rent, they have a little shop where you can buy water etc

The rooms have a bit of mold

The family running this property is what makes this place so wonderful, they are extremely wonderful and will help you with anything!

The staff were lovely! Especially the daughter, she spoke English. Very helpful, very kind and very friendly. The location was good! Restaurants, cafes and beaches to the left and the right! A short bus ride to Weligama, location is close to the bus stop! It was easy to travel to other coastal towns from here - we went to Galle, Unawatuna, Weligama, Mirissa, Matara etc all whilst staying here. We ate dinner here and the curry was very delicious! :)

Wi-Fi is advertised but when I tried to look for Wi-Fi there were no options and nothing to connect to. We had no Wi-Fi for the 4 nights of being here. We had internet data so we managed but if you need Wi-Fi for work or rely on it, best to communicate with the hostel first.
