INSharing my recent and most fabulous stay experience at Poya Villa in Ahangama with my 5 year old son. The staff at the hotel Rasika, Ishira,Charith are true gems and have tended to so many of our requests all through from Breakfast and until late evening with a smile and a can do approach! The property and rooms are well maintained despite it being so close to the ocean. We are regulars at Ahangama, visit a couple of times each year and will surely be coming back!

GBGBGBBeautiful villa with direct beach access and friendly staff. A good breakfast with drinks and snacks optional throughout the day. 5 minute tuktuk into Ahangama town but also really close to excellent restaurants like Citra and Society.
The room was only cleaned once during our 6 night stay, although it was advertised as being cleaned daily. It would be good to take the daily service off the room card to avoid confusion.

GBIt was the only property we stayed in in a month where we paid on arrival. We were not aware of this and it was a little awkward, if we had been told before it would have been better. Everywhere else we stayed we paid on departure. They have credit card details on file so there is no risk to the owner.
ILLocated on an amazing corner on the beach near a very nice spot of surfing. The whole strip is walkable and full of café, the stuff behaves like a family and take cares of the guest in an amazing way
