Great location, great food, clean and the staff are great.

Only the atmosphere is Okay

The property is very old. Dont fell in the description and other reviews. Geniusly you will loss the money if you book here.

Our room had a beautiful view on the see and a big balcony. There is a hugh private beach. The beds are good and the towels are very nice. the owner gave us a very good massage. Food was good.

The house and its furniture is rather old, in total it is a middle class hotel, and the price is okay for that standard (I would give 2 stars for German standard, but it is not a 3 star hotel for European standard). The owner always wants to make good business at a high price, and we had to say "no thanks" you very often. The airport shuttle he provided to us was much too expensive, you should bargain before you book. The same with massage. So if you are aware that it is not a top hotel and if you deal the prices for extra service, it is a good hotel. The price for 2 nights with breakfast you get at "booking.com" is okay for that. It is half an hour walk to town so better take a TukTuk for shopping etc. We stayed for 2 nights in July 2024 - there was a pool without water in it.

Bed isn’t very comfortable at all. Room looks outdated.

Beach is extremely dirty .. my bikini top was black after swimming in the sea Room is a bit old Fridge was dirty AC was very bad

Fantastic location right on a quiet, beautiful beach surrounded by palm trees, the hotel is small, the staff are friendly and helpful, the chef is present all day so you can order food when you are ready rather than at set meal times, indoor and outdoor dining or room service. Bedroom was large with a really comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the sea with balcony furniture provided as well as air con and a fridge. The hotel owner Mr Nalanthi was a funny, kind and generous man who also does a lot of charitable work in the community, he always checked asked if we were happy and had everything we wanted when he saw us moving through the hotel.
