Mount Top

We loved our stay in Mount Top! The location is amazing, about a 7 min walk to Hiriketiyia beach and really close to Dikwella beach as well. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance of the accommodation, which was great. Our room had everything we needed - a comfortable bed with a mosquito net, a kettle and hairdryer, a rack to dry our clothes. The only thing it didn't have that would have been useful is a little fridge. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. They brought us welcome drinks on our first day and also brought us something small each morning (fruits one day, juices another). They were really helpful when we needed it, eg to get on the wifi and asking for fresh towels. Really recommend this place for your stay in Hiriketiyia!

The only minor things to call out are that the tap in the bathroom was a bit finnicky to turn on and off, but we made it work. The pressure from the shower was only ok and the temperature was on the cooler side (but this was actually perfectly appropriate as it's so warm outside). Lastly, the door to our room was quite loud when you opened and closed it and it was also a bit awkward to lock/unlock (due to a padlock being used as the locking mechanism). None of these issues were deal-breakers and wouldn't stop me from booking again.

Очень уютный отель примерно посередине между пляжем Диквелла и пляжем Хирикетия. Идти минут 7-8. У нас было 2 номера на 2ом этаже, номер на 4х и номер на 2х. Можно заказать сытный вкусный завтрак, в номерах стоит вода, что очень удобно купить на месте бутылки по 1,5 или 5л. На 1ом этаже полноценная кухня, где можно приготовить еду. Уютная зона на улице с гамаком, лежаками и столом. Хозяин по просьбе договорился по отличной цене с водителями тук-ткуов довезти нас до пляжа Батигама. Также отрезал листочки алоэ, когда наши дети обгорели на солнце и лица покрылись корками. А еще угостил нас фруктом, что-то типа помело. Также нам дали доп.полотенца, когда мы попросили. Мы остались очень довольны проживанием!

В душе нет перегородки и остаётся мокрый пол по все ванной комнате, но к этому нужно просто быть готовыми)) так почти во всех отелях, где мы успели пожить и видимо, так принято организовывать ванную комнату на Шри-ланке
