Nuik Casa Tropical

Cio’ che ci e’ piaciuto di più è stato il giardino tropicale e l’arredamento della casa e delle camere curato in ogni particolare (tutto scelto con gusto e attenzione). Inoltre gli hosts sono stati particolarmente gentili.

La posizione secondo noi e’ un po’ decentrata rispetto alla parte piu’ carina di Merida.

The hostess Claudia was very welcoming and the accompanying webpage was full of really helpful tips on where to eat and visit - don't skip on reading it. The breakfast was nice with fresh fruits and eggs and the whole space of the hotel felt like an oasis coming in from the street.

The hot water was slow to arrive in the shower. On the other hand it was OK once you stepped in to it.

Nuik Casa Tropical is a quiet, thoughtfully curated place. Every detail has clearly been chosen with care, creating a space that feels calm, soothing, and deeply relaxing. The soft colors and design offer a peaceful haven away from the energy of Mérida. Claudia was the perfect host: she responded promptly to our messages and was always available to help. She even arranged a private driver for our day trip to Chichén Itzá and two cenotes. Highly recommended!

The only minor downside is that Nuik Casa Tropical is about a 20-min walk from the center of Mérida. That said, the area feels safe to walk around, and getting an Uber or taxi is easy and affordable, so it wasn’t a major issue for us.

Every thing was just great: the house, the room, the dining area, the pool, the breakfast, the staff, the owner! Built with care and with an eye for detail, I can only STRONGLY recommend it!
