Warm and welcoming staff. Comfortable and large room. Easy transport throughout town. Sharing breakfast was an opportunity to share stories with fellow travellers. That was unexpected. Great recommendations on their fabulous website for local food and sightseeing. Really helpful

It’s a little out of the city activity centre, but didn’t present any problems.

Everything was amazing. Beautiful property and structure. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean. The staff in there is very welcoming relaxed and friendly. Mila welcomed us with a great energy and the owner was also super friendly. Def recommend

The location is amazing, it is an oasis in the middle of merida. It is located perfectly in a calm area but still enough central to easily reach everything by foot, especially the city center. It is clearly visible that there is a lot of love and passion put into the accommodation, every single detail is harmonizing. We felt warmly welcomed during our stay. It was a great experience! We will definetly come back whenever we will visit merida again.

Some space to place the clothes (expl. A little wardrobe) would be convenient but it did not change our grest experience.

We loved this little hidden gem so much, and Mila! If you need to relax, go there!

This is just my personal view, but I would look into the water pressure in the shower and the hot water. And getting an extra fridge for the guest, especially doing the hot days. Mila helped us out so much, so we found a solution, but it would have been nice if we would have had access to it ourselves. :) Lastly, the beds, they were very hard, to hard for us.

The place is very comfortable, with a big and pretty room and lovely garden. The breakfast is perfect and the staff is very friendly.

Although the place is so pretty and we enjoyed our stay a lot, if we have to say what was less amazing: the curtains are thin so you wake up early, there are a lot of mosquitos in the garden (not their fault ofcourse) and the shower is sloped the wrong way so the water runs in the bathroom.

Most beautifully designed hotel we stayed in during our trip through Mexico. Absolute loved the vibe and rooms were spacious and clean.

Only thing we didnt like were the barking dogs from one of the neighbours. Our room was right next to the courtyard where the dogs were situated. But other than that we loved our stay.
