Suites Cuija Coyoacan

Very close by the market, parks and Frida Kahlo museum.

The staff were very helpful. I arrived after a long flight with some confusion about my reservation and they were very helpful.

The location was great!

The location of this lodging was great - very close to all of the sights Coyoacan has to offer! The room was very large, unexpectedly so. Sadly, I missed breakfast, because I imagine it would've been great!

There was no one there to let me in when I arrived, and there was no sign or indication on the building that I was in the right place. I stood outside for 15 minutes + trying to figure out what to do, and went so far as to contact booking.com customer service to help me when someone showed up. When they came, they were very sweet and apologetic, but it was a stressful start to the stay! I was unable to sleep at all the night I stayed there, as there was a droning machine noise that continued all night long and kept me up.

Nice clean room with private shower and toilet. The breakfast was included and was eggs, orange juice and toast. I was only 4 blocks from the Fida Kahlo Museum in a nice, safe area for walking.

The name of the hotel seems to change and the taxi driver was confused.

I had to change my check-in times twice and they were very flexible and waited for me. Nice people. They had complementary water bottles.

Nothing major. It was clean but a little outdated. It could have a bit more charm (decorations). It took a few minutes to get hot water.
