price was good you get what you pay for essentially. location was close to a popular area. room was clean.

there were no windows in my room just a ceiling vent to the roof top? there was a fan but it was hot. one of my pillows didn’t have a pillow case which is gross luckily it looked new but imagine..it’s not really a hotel. it’s more of a hostel which should be clear it’s basically a house 4 rooms upstairs and a main one downstairs. which I don’t think is even rented. it has a one car garage so your parking in the street unless no one is in the garage. towels are stiff like the wash them and hang dry them.

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and hot water in the shower. The breakfast was different daily. We had a big discount on the normal price as I guess it's off season, this is more than enough for this type of accommodation.

Unfortunately as many have already said, having advised our time of arrival there was nobody there to let us in and so we were kept waiting outside on the street. Luckily some other guests arrived after a while and let us in...so we could at least sit inside and wait. The staff do not speak any English so this might be a problem to some. We've stayed in better hostels. Someone mentioned the poor lighting in the room and that they'd reported it..... They're still not working. The whole place could do with some TLC.

Great location.

There was no one to receive us when we arrived, and we were waiting in the street for an hour. It was alright as this was during the day, but wouldn’t be great in the middle of the night. The communication is really bad. The breakfast is terrible, better to eat somewhere else. In general, this place has a weird vibe.

The breakfast was really good! Coffee, yogurt, fruit, and they prepared a dish every morning which was really nice. The first morning I got pancakes which was a pleasant surprise. The room was great, nice and spacious. The bed was big and very comfortable. It was nice and quiet there so I slept very well. I liked being able to come and go without any hassle. Also the location is amazing, in the heart of Coyoacan, my favorite neighborhood in Mexico City.

I had a strange experience with one of the staff. He tried to tell me I had to move to a different room upstairs because he had to fix something in my room. Then he changed his story and told me there was a reservation issue and I was actually supposed to be in a different room. It was very weird. In the end, I stayed in that room but he made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Also, I never got the TV to work. And they show a picture of some bathroom supplies they are supposed to offer, but what I got wasn't anything like that.
