Suites Cuija Coyoacan

Location had lots of nice restaurants. Staff were super helpful and nice. Had laundry facility. The room itself was spacious and had good light.

Shower system in the bathroom was bit old and complicated.

The location is great for walking to Frida and around the neighborhood. Less than 10 min walk from coyoacan metro stop and the bed was comfy

The wifi only worked if I had my VPN on. The shower water pressure was low. The shower ran out of how water quickly. We left our bags after we checked out. We went back at 5 pm to grab our bags before heading to the airport. The door was locked to enter the building and no one answered the door. We waited outside for 50 minutes before we were able to get in touch with someone. Two people came within 5 minutes so they were near by. If you are going to run a hotel and allow people to leave their bags the hotel needs to be staffed at all times or the staff should inform the guests when bag pickup is available. Thankfully we were planning to get dinner before our flight so we had some time to spare. We did not do the free breakfast so can not speak to it.

Massive charming and clean room with big windows, with modern and beautiful ensuite bathroom. Staff are very nice too. Everyday different dish for breakfast.

There is no sign/name of the hotel from outside. But the address is correct. Just ring the bell.

Your staff was great, however the bed was so uncomfortable I could hardly sleep and I had to travel the next day so it was unfortunate.
