Del Parque Suites

No nos hicieron la habitación y no nos cambiaron toallas, reservamos dos días y la señora del aseo dijo que solo lo hacían cada 3er día

El apartamemto donde me toco estaba en condiciones mas omenos, la puerta no servia bien, las sabanas se veian sucias pero de ahi en adelante todo esta bien, tienes q compartir baño, me quede 5 noches y pues todo el personal es muy amable puedes salir y entrar a la hora q sea. Tiene cocina y todo pero si dejas tus cosas los otros huespedes lo pueden agarrar. Esta en buen lugar, pero si solo ese detalle q no especifican que son apartamentos compartidos

Muy buena zona. A dos cuadras del WTC. Bonito departamento.

Muy bien, solo que la propiedad dice que tiene baño privado, en el cuarto y se comparte. No tiene baño en la habitación y entonces hay que salir y compartirlo con otros huéspedes. Y hay mucha luz, no se puede dormir después de las 7 am… ojalá le pongan cortinas black out. Todo lo demás perfecto!

- the beds are comfortable - the TVs in the room are great - the balcony in the room is great - the staff are really pleasant - the apartment is well cleaned

- it is expensive - the kitchens need an overahaul - new utensils, pans, etc - they have a sister building WTC residential- they sometimes put you in there if there's no room in Del Parque - in many ways its nicer except the staff have to let you in everytime you want to get in the building - I've never known any of the ovens to work in any of the apartments

Me gusto la estancia en la propiedad, esta bastante cómoda y tranquila, adicional que tiene una vista muy bonita.

CAUTION! The booking is a room in a SHARED apartment with a SHARED bathroom, similar to a hostel. We booked a double room with balcony and private bathroom. What we got instead was a bedroom in a shared apartment where the bathroom was shared with other guests in the same unit. There are 2 other bedrooms (up to 4 other guests) in the unit. The photos made it look like the unit was private and there was never any mention of being in a shared apartment. We were in bed when suddenly someone opened the door and walked into the unit. They were as surprised as we were that it's shared. Absolutely terrible experience. After we complained the management company changed us to another building one block away where we had an ensuite bathroom but again the unit was SHARED. We are travelling from abroad and only after they moved us they told us that in order to get into the building we have to call them every time to come and open up. This is a significant problem. Unless you have a local cellphone plan, you can basically not get back into the building when you leave.
