Great place and great host

Water pressure in shower

Proximity to the city centre, welcoming staff. Cleanliness and the way the unit was equiped.

Wifi was difficult to access. Furnishings were a bit dated.

The accommodation was OK, but from two reservations I was already charged from my Credit Card, I had none, and had to pay my stay for the third time with debit card.

I cannot communicate with Booking.com about, because the communication requires a lot of proovs, and communication abruptly cuts. Needing an a- mail to solve this

The price was good. They also accomodated me arriving on a late ferry. I also liked the shared lounge and the breakfast.

I think next time I would book one of their motels, on the same property, for a bit of added privacy. My room was right next to the check in counter but because they were so busy I was lucky to get that.

Manutenzione dell' alloggio: un interruttore della luce in salotto non funzionava; il dispenser di sapone per le mani nel bagno era vuoto.

Location and hosts are excellent. We stayed in a motel unit and it is really good value for money, with everything you need, and super clean despite it being quite old. The accommodation was very close to everything Picton has to offer, so it was great to be able to walk everywhere. Would happily stay again.

The weather was unseasonably cold, and the unit could get quite chilly at times.

Lovely hosts and staff.

Excellent location to access water front and cafes by foot. A simple breakfast to set you up for day. Had everything you needed for a stay.
