The staff were friendly and cheerful, and the location was very convenient.

The room was quite noisy (very close to reception), the wifi mostly didn't work (weak, intermittent signal mad streaming impossible), there were few outlets, and despite the room description claiming there would be a TV, there was not.

Good location , 5 minute walk into town . Close to marina and numerous walks in the area. Lovely , friendly, helpful family run business .

Nothing to dislike , property is a little dated but is clean .
