A very comfortable bed and reasonably well equipped kitchenette (air fryer and microwave- no hot plate). Very friendly and helpful host, and a great continental breakfast.

Diese Unterkunft war irgendwie besonders, so old english . Das Frühstück war ausbaufähig und der defekte Whirlpool war ärgerlich aber zu verkraften. Ansonsten für 2-3 Nächte zu empfehlen.

"Perfect stay in Oamaru!"

We had a fantastic stay at Century House in Oamaru. The house is beautifully restored with so much character, yet very comfortable and welcoming. Everything was spotless, spacious (2 floors with 2 bedrooms!), and thoughtfully appointed, with very lovely touches that made it feel both elegant and homey. Gorgeous gardens! The host and owner, Dawn, is very generous and attentive. She provided us not only with warm blankets on a very cold penguin viewing night, but also with a delicious homemade dessert and breakfast items that take into account our food preferences. Dawn is a true super host! The location is also ideal: close enough to easily explore Oamaru’s historic precinct, harbor area, and wildlife spots, yet peaceful and quiet at night
