1. 環境精緻整潔，又有家的感覺，備品，簡易廚房及住房衛浴設備，早餐都很齊全 （雖然沒有電爐無法煎煮，但有氣炸鍋，烤麵包機和微波爐）。後院很美，繁花盛開，更有幾棵結實纍纍的果樹，整體氛圍令人放鬆。 2. 門前大路開車直走五分鐘就到海邊，離小企鵝保護區和古蹟區都很近 3. 接待的小主人和家貓都很可愛和善。因為沒有預訂晚餐，這次就是入住時打過照面，之後直到退房都互不干擾，頗適合像我們這種不善交際又想住B&B的旅人

1.一樓起居區以薄薄隔間緊鄰主家廚房，隔音不甚佳，時常聲氣相聞，有點不習慣 2. 2樓唯一衛浴洗手台排水很慢
