Nicely decorated guesthouse. Great hospitality with recommendations. Kitchen area and free continental breakfast . Flexibility with check in/ out and luggage storage facilities. Nice family run business.

On my booking, the images were different from the room we got. It specified a bath on pictures and description that was no longer there. When asked they said it broke and replaced with a shower. This was disappointing as we had been travelling Portugal for 3 weeks and specifically booked this guest house for the use of a bath at the end of our trip - hopefully booking.com will be updated to avoid further disappointment. However staff were pleasant with my query of this. Additionally, I felt the room had too much furniture, little space for suitcases and luggage. The room was not cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed, no information on fresh towels. We also found cockroaches which we have not experienced anywhere across Portugal during our stays. On the booking it suggested use of courtyard for guests however the owners dogs were there that barked when went out side so could not make use of this.

Bit far out from centre, but Uber works well.

The owners and staff are very kind and helpful. The room as well as shared kitchen and living room were clean. Beautiful patio with friendly dogs. Free and fresh breakfast is also a lovely gesture. We highly recommed Groundfloor as a place to stay in

Erg fijn verblijf naast het guesthouse À da Avó waar ik een week eerder was. Beide zelfde eigenaar, alles goed verzorgd. Gezellig, uitgebreid ontbijt aan grote tafel met andere gasten. De buurt is niet erg mooi, maar in 5 à 10 minuten lopen ben je bij het (oude) centrum, haven, trein- en busstation, ferry naar het strand aan de Atlantische Oceaan. Vanuit Faro heel snel met OV andere plaatsen te bereiken.

It was very clean and cozy . They had water waiting for me , shower products and free breakfast .

A little expensive .

It is a family business... lovely people. Very accommodating.

Overall my stay was pleasant, comfortable bed, quiet area, lovely host who greeted me on my arrival and departure.

The pressure of the shower was not the greatest.
