This was a nice and cosy little cottage. It was very peaceful with beautiful farm views.

The listing for the property included photos of two different accommodations—the small cottage and the deluxe cottage—without clearly distinguishing between them. As a result, I believed they were part of the same space. While an email did state that the booking was for a one-bedroom unit, the misleading images led me to reasonably believe that the larger and more suitable space was included in my booking. I only realized upon arrival that these were, in fact, separate accommodations. The owner initially acknowledged the issue, expressing apologies and confirming that Booking.com had contacted them to correct their listing. They also assured me that they would reimburse us due to the confusion. However, the following day, they reversed their stance, claiming that we had exceeded the refund deadline—despite the fact that we had no way of knowing the property was misrepresented until our arrival. They then unfairly argued that we had "cost them money," when in reality, we lost our own money due to their false advertising. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities, including curtains, Wi-Fi, and adequate seating—leaving us with no comfortable space other than the bed. Given these circumstances, I attempted to request a refund, but the property owner blocked all communication.

The bed was uncomfortable. There was no fruit for breakfast.

A coffee mug as a teacup not big enough for the lovely coffee provided 🙂. This is merely a recommendation and not something I did not like.

The property was really lovely. The location was great , very central for everywhere we wanted to visit . The owner was very helpful & the breakfast items available at the place were great.

The main thing to make our stay even better would have been access to WiFi. Also there was no hairdryer & as nternational travellers we do not normally have to bring one with us

Very roomy and hostess put us at ease.
