Ann was an exceptional host, helped us with planning trips and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with tea, coffee and fruits on hand.

Very nice breakfast, very quite location.

The guests in the room adjacent were very inconsiderate making a lot of noise until 1am. Ann was very embarrassed and couldn't have been more apologetic.

Ann was very nice and helpful, and a wonderful cook. We loved the breakfasts she made. She also puts fruit and chocolates out for her guests. And she let us use the laundry and fridge. Perfect! We absolutely would stay here again!!

Trash cans are small at all the B&Bs we stayed at in NZ, compared with what we are used to in America. Only thing I can think of.

Modern, quiet and comfortable with high quality fittings and a very welcoming host. Healthy breakfast options served in the room. A very pleasant stay that I would highly recommend to others.

Would have preferred a single bed rather than two smaller beds.

Ann was extremely helpful. Provided great breakfast each morning. The room was very clean, modern and functional. Kitchen facility adjacent to room enabled us to prepare picnic lunches. Clothes washing facilities greatly appreciated. Highly recommend a stay with Ann & Roy. No a/c but high speed fan in room to keep cool. Bed was firm but comfortable for shorter stay.
